Airik Creations LLC provides custom engraving and related services. A quote request does not guarantee acceptance of a job, timeline, or final price. We may decline requests at our discretion.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving project details before production begins, including spelling, names, dates, artwork, dimensions, materials, and other specifications. Once approved and in production, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Prices are provided in quotes and may change until a quote is accepted. Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, will be shared during the quote and approval process.
Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may change due to workload, material availability, shipping delays, or other factors outside our control.
Requests to cancel an order must be submitted promptly. If production has not started, we may approve cancellation based on project status. Custom engraved, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally non-refundable once production has started, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from approved details. If you provide text, artwork, logos, or reference files, you represent that you have the rights or permission to use that content. You grant Airik Creations LLC a limited license to use provided content solely to complete your requested services.
All website content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Airik Creations LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, republish, or exploit content without permission. You may not use this site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or security-circumvention activity.
