Order processing

Typical orders begin processing within about 3 business days after payment confirmation and final project approval, excluding weekends and holidays. Production and ship-readiness can take longer for larger quantities, complex artwork, deep engraving, or multi-step custom work. Estimated timing is confirmed during quote and approval so expectations are clear before production starts.

Shipping methods and rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and selected service level. Available carrier options are provided at the time of shipment.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States. If you need delivery outside our standard coverage area, contact us before placing your order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipping confirmation details are sent to the email address provided with your order.

Delivery estimates and delays

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, seasonal volume, incorrect address details, or other factors outside our control.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Airik Creations is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during quote approval or final order confirmation.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Once a package is in carrier possession, delivery performance is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help you open a carrier claim when applicable.

Returned or undeliverable shipments

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or address issues, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
