Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return address will be provided via email during the return process. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (including personalized items), and personal care goods. Custom engraved, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started or after final project approval, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from approved order details. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We cannot accept returns on gift card purchases.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
