Metals

P2

Can engrave painted metal, powder coated metal, anodized aluminum, coated stainless, and Cerakote. The P2 does not cut metal.

F2 Ultra

Can engrave stainless steel, mild steel, carbon steel, tool steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, titanium, gold, silver, platinum, nickel, zinc, galvanized steel, anodized aluminum, painted metals, and electroplated metals.

Plastics

The F2 Ultra, especially the UV model, supports a broad range of plastics.

Common plastic operations

PVC is not accepted for laser processing due to hazardous chlorine gas risk.

Foam

Vinyl (Cut only)

Primarily with the UV model. Only manufacturer-certified laser-safe vinyl materials are accepted. PVC-based vinyl is not accepted.
