What materials can you cut?

We can cut materials such as paper, wood, and leather for crafts, prototyping, and small-scale production.

Can you cut paper and cardboard?

Yes, including cardstock, cardboard, and thin plywood. Materials should not be coated with substances that release harmful fumes.

Can you cut wood?

Yes. We cut different wood types, including plywood. Thickness and density can affect speed and edge finish.

Can you cut leather?

Yes. We cut genuine and synthetic leather for detailed patterns and designs.

What is the maximum size?

Our machine typically supports up to 20 inches wide by 20 inches high. Contact us for project-specific limits.

Can I provide my own materials?

Yes, as long as they are safe and compatible with laser cutting processes.

Which materials are not supported?

Materials such as PVC, vinyl, and polycarbonate are not accepted due to fumes and safety concerns. Metals and glass are not supported for cutting on this setup.

How should I prepare design files?

Use vector-based software and define clear cut paths. Convert text to outlines before export when possible.

Which file formats do you accept?

SVG is preferred. We also accept DXF, AI, and PDF files.

How long does cutting take?

Small and medium projects often complete in minutes to about an hour. Larger or more detailed jobs may take longer.
